I have been natural going on five years now and I use this conditioner faithfully after I wash my hair. It smells great and you can actually feel it as it softens, like seriously. It detangles my hair and gives my hair a soft natural shine. It also helps my curl pattern ;-) I truly love it!

Although it's a natural part of life, I try to prevent as many scars from staying noticeable as possible. I tried over the counter products and even the more expensive products like Mederma, and I didn't get the results I personally wanted. I did some research and found Vitamin E oil. It improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles can be applied on minor burns, scars, blemishes and stretch marks. It also helps with my daughter's Eczema ;-)...and it's about $5, so I couldn't beat the price!

Cinnamon Bark oil can help with major conditions such as diabetes by helping control blood sugar. Studies have shown that cinnamon also protects against heart disease. It could aid in colon health as well. Cinnamon bark also enhances sexual desire in addition to aiding in weight loss.

Frankincense Oil has been known to strengthen hair roots while helping to prevent hair loss. I use frankincense in conjunction with coconut oil to help reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks. The scent of this oil is earthy, so I also use a scented lotion to help mass the smell. This oil also reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Be sure to follow directions and consult with your physician before adding new beauty regiments just in case an allergic reaction occurs.

Initially, I had mixed reviews about this product. I didn't see any differences in my skin within the first 2-3 weeks. However, after continuous use, I noticed my darker spots slowly fading and evening out my skin complexion. Although I do not use this as a stand-alone product, it's a natural way to control my blemishes, tighten my pores, and lock in moisture without harsh chemicals. It also helps with mosquito bites.  ;-)

Being a parent, a business woman, a wife, an author, and whatever other title I claim in life, I get overwhelmed. I did some research and I wanted to take a natural approach to stress reduction and to help with the insomnia I experience at bedtime. I found this natural supplement and after two consecutive weeks of taking them, it truly helps with my sleep pattern and stress level. I am much more calm in situations that would normally elevate me. See reviews

Peppermint oil is another essential oil I keep in the cabinet. I add a few drops to my hair conditioner to stimulate my roots and the results are mind-blowing! It also helps to improve energy levels and provides a wonderful cooling sensation while it naturally alleviates discomfort. As an added plus, it helps keep mosquitoes, spiders, mice, roaches, fleas & ants away.

I used Proactiv for about two years before I had my second child. I was satisfied with the results for a while, but after constant usage, it seemed as if my skin adjusted to the ingredients that were initially diminishing the breakouts. It possibly could have been added stress as well, but either way, I opted to stop using chemicals while I was pregnant, so I never retried the process.

This yet another oil that helps improve acne and has anti-aging benefits to reduce wrinkles and promote skin cell restoration. Clove has properties that assist with dental problems like sore gums, toothaches, and bad breath. It actually has a numbing affect when applied directly to the affected area.

I was searching for a product to grow my lashes back after several mishaps with using added lashes. Biotin is a B vitamin that plays a key role in the body and is an important nutrient for the growth and maintenance of your hair, skin, and nails. It's 100% vegetarian

I'm not big on drinking coffee and too many energy drinks can become hazardous to your health. I found an alternative that not only gives you energy, but allows you to focus on the task at hand without the jitters and has other awesome benefits. See reviews

There are hundreds of uses of coconut oil, but I'll name a few.  Coconut oil gently and safely removes all traces of make-up (and leaves your face feeling healthy and refreshed.) It is a energy booster, promotes weight-loss, a deodorant, ideal for minor scrapes and scratches, whitens teeth, soothes sore throat, helps prevent stretch marks, and several other benefits. (An added bonus) Instead of regular oil in my cake mix, I add coconut oil and the taste is sensational.

I keep this essential oil in my home at all times. Lemon oil is a great disinfectant and antiseptic cleanser with refreshing and cooling properties. It clears unpleasant odor, can be used as air freshener and for cleaning applications including removing gum, oil, grease spots and sanitizing surfaces. I also mix it in my hair conditioner as an added bonus. It's for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, keep out of the reach of children.

I've heard about Carol's Daughter products through different mediums, but I didn't try it until recently. I am extremely impressed with this product! If you read the ingredients, you will notice that it has important essentials oils that rejunvenates, conditions, and strengthens the hair while promoting growth and the scent is awesome!

Losing weight was difficult, especially after I had my second child. I tried supplements such as Garcinia Cambogia Extract, which was recommended by Dr. Oz, to help with the process. I didn't use it long, so maybe I could have gotten better results, but I felt as if it wasn't working. I went on Amazon and bought this waist trainer in hopes for different results. I could barely get it over my belly in the beginning, but I liked the way it suppressed the fat! I appeared slim right away! I continued to wear it, and low and behold, I really lost inches. I'm wearing clothes I haven't worn since my first daughter, who is now eight, was born ;-)
