I've heard about Carol's Daughter products through different mediums, but I didn't try it until recently. I am extremely impressed with this product! If you read the ingredients, you will notice that it has important essentials oils that rejunvenates, conditions, and strengthens the hair while promoting growth and the scent is awesome!
I used Proactiv for about two years before I had my second child. I was satisfied with the results for a while, but after constant usage, it seemed as if my skin adjusted to the ingredients that were initially diminishing the breakouts. It possibly could have been added stress as well, but either way, I opted to stop using chemicals while I was pregnant, so I never retried the process.
Peppermint oil is another essential oil I keep in the cabinet. I add a few drops to my hair conditioner to stimulate my roots and the results are mind-blowing! It also helps to improve energy levels and provides a wonderful cooling sensation while it naturally alleviates discomfort. As an added plus, it helps keep mosquitoes, spiders, mice, roaches, fleas & ants away.
I keep this essential oil in my home at all times. Lemon oil is a great disinfectant and antiseptic cleanser with refreshing and cooling properties. It clears unpleasant odor, can be used as air freshener and for cleaning applications including removing gum, oil, grease spots and sanitizing surfaces. I also mix it in my hair conditioner as an added bonus. It's for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, keep out of the reach of children.
Cinnamon Bark Oil
I was always under the impression that I had to go to a hair salon in order to achieve the hair straightening results I desired. I was using a great flat iron that reached 450 degrees, however I wasn't fully satisfied with the results. I watched several YouTube tutorials to see what I was missing and then JACKPOT! I discovered that I wasn't using the correct product to put on hair before applying heat to it. I've used everything under the sun, but this truly made my unprocessed hair look as though I had a relaxer in my hair!
Argan Oil Heat Protector
Being a parent, a business woman, a wife, an author, and whatever other title I claim in life, I get overwhelmed. I did some research and I wanted to take a natural approach to stress reduction and to help with the insomnia I experience at bedtime. I found this natural supplement and after two consecutive weeks of taking them, it truly helps with my sleep pattern and stress level. I am much more calm in situations that would normally elevate me. See reviews

Vitamin E Oil
Cinnamon Oil has been known to strengthen hair roots while helping to prevent hair loss. I use frankincense in conjunction with coconut oil to help reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks. The scent of this oil is earthy, so I also use a scented lotion to help mass the smell. This oil also reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Be sure to follow directions and consult with your physician before adding new beauty regiments just in case an allergic reaction occurs.
Frankincense oil can help with major conditions such as diabetes by helping control blood sugar. Studies have shown that cinnamon also protects against heart disease. It could aid in colon health as well. Cinnamon bark also enhances sexual desire in addition to aiding in weight loss.
There are hundreds of uses of coconut oil, but I'll name a few. Coconut oil gently and safely removes all traces of make-up (and leaves your face feeling healthy and refreshed.) It is a energy booster, promotes weight-loss, a deodorant, ideal for minor scrapes and scratches, whitens teeth, soothes sore throat, helps prevent stretch marks, and several other benefits. (An added bonus) Instead of regular oil in my cake mix, I add coconut oil and the taste is sensational.
I was searching for a product to grow my lashes back after several mishaps with using added lashes. Biotin is a B vitamin that plays a key role in the body and is an important nutrient for the growth and maintenance of your hair, skin, and nails. It's 100% vegetarian and supports the production of fatty acids and and cell growth which can increase nail strength, nail growth and the bulb size of your hair follicle helping hair to appear fuller.
Initially, I had mixed reviews about this product. I didn't see any differences in my skin within the first 2-3 weeks. However, after continuous use, I noticed my darker spots slowly fading and evening out my skin complexion. Although I do not use this as a stand-alone product, it's a natural way to control my blemishes, tighten my pores, and lock in moisture without harsh chemicals. It also helps with mosquito bites. ;-)
Aloe Vera has been used for thousands of years to heal and soften skin. Aloe Vera is known for its antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory properties and has a wide variety of uses. My daughter has frequent allergic reactions and it causes her skin to rash all over. I've tried creams, prescriptions, allergy medicine, etc. Aloe Vera worked wonders the first use! I will continue to use this product!
This yet another oil that helps improve acne and has anti-aging benefits to reduce wrinkles and promote skin cell restoration. Clove has properties that assist with dental problems like sore gums, toothaches, and bad breath. It actually has a numbing affect when applied directly to the affected area.
Believe it or not, this shampoo and conditioner combo really detangles and softens my unprocessed hair. I have thick hair and sometimes it's hard to comb through, especially when my hair is damp. I mix a few drops of my essential oils in the conditioner bottle and run a wide tooth comb through my hair while the conditioner is still in my hair. This helps detangle and stop breakage. The Argan oil from morocco and apricot is an added plus.
This steamer is the best! It's soothing and it opens your pores for easier facial cleansing and make-up removal. The gentle heat feels so calming to the face that you almost forget that your getting a deep cleansing! The steam can open and unclog pores effectively. Once the pores are open, there are utensils that can help with the deep cleansing operation to remove dirt, oil and makeup that may be stubborn when removing from your face. I personally add a few drops of essential oils that aid in skin health, mental health, and relaxation. See the Unleashing Essentials Oils with Extra Beauty Tips Guide.
Although it's a natural part of life, I try to prevent as many scars from staying noticeable as possible. I tried over the counter products and even the more expensive products like Mederma, and I didn't get the results I personally wanted. I did some research and found Vitamin E oil. It improves the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles can be applied on minor burns, scars, blemishes and stretch marks. It also helps with my daughter's Eczema ;-)...and it's about $5, so I couldn't beat the price!
